Audience Development Case Study

A B2B Trade Publisher needed to see his print subscription data in concert with their digital data.  

They needed a user-friendly way to access their data in a system that integrated all the points of engagement:  e-newsletter, email, webinar, event or website registrations, website tracking and live events. The data needed to be integrated in such a way that there was no duplication of contacts for accurate reporting. 

In their current system they could not easily see the total audience universe and profile demographics and they could never link the magazine data to any without creating duplication and tons of extra work.   

The Stamats Audativ intelligence team (SAI), in consult with the client, developed a database solution that houses all their data in a single database. Data is integrated and deduped as it enters the database. A robust set of reports were created based on criteria identified by the client. The reports included everything needed to audit validation and any other customized breakout of all other demos and product engagement. 

An online query tool was developed to allow the client to access, view, and design reports and see every detail of engagement for each audience member.
