Student and parent worries, priorities and plans are changing during COVID-19. Most of the communication strategy falls on the marketing team. Your institution’s geographic location, the frequency of cases in your region and your COVID-19 communications and re-opening plan all shape how students and parents are feeling about returning to your school, or to attend for the first time.

This webinar gives your marketing team audience tools to understand stakeholder concerns so you can hit the right tone and message in your back-to-school messages. These tools can also be used to test your current message to encourage students to enroll.
