Providing clear benefits to individuals and families after spinal cord injury is a careful balance of clarity and empathy.

Authentic Connections

ABC Medical, a leading medical supply company, provides top-brand urinary catheters for people across the U.S. More than a distributor, they also operate Navigator by ABC Medical, a free digital community that connects clients who have spinal cord injuries (SCI) with peer support and resources to help regain their independence and quality of life.

Problem was, too few people were aware of Navigator’s free services. Getting the word out required an initiative to create a new suite of materials that speak to the heart of the service.

Interactive Sales Kit

To portray the value, both teams knew personal stories would be a key part of the strategy. Stakeholder interviews included: Clients, caregivers, peer support team members, and ABC Medical team members. The Navigator service connects clients with advocates and other people with SCIs who can share tips on flying, dating, moving home, depression, and other personal topics.

The project delivered collated print, video, and digital collateral for sales outreach:

  • Packaged sales presentation for in-field use
  • Video storyboarding
  • Customer testimonial video

Today, ABC Medical has a suite of showpieces to share with sales representatives and clients to help improve people’s lives.
