Laura Hynes is a digital strategy and marketing leader with more than 20 years of experience guiding enterprise web transformation and audience-centered growth strategies for healthcare and higher education organizations. She serves as Vice President, Web Strategy & Client Success at Stamats, where she shapes large-scale digital strategy, oversees complex web initiatives, and leads cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, future-ready digital ecosystems.
Laura has directed the strategy and launch of numerous enterprise websites and digital roadmaps and led a variety of strategic planning, brand development, digital strategy, marketing, and communications projects. She has extensive experience conducting market research as a trained focus group moderator and interviewer, creating personas and customer journey insights to guide impactful digital experiences.
Previously, Laura led large-scale digital health initiatives at Perficient, partnering with executive stakeholders to align research, UX, content, and technology into measurable outcomes. Earlier, as Director of Marketing at Massachusetts General Hospital, she built a high-performing marketing organization, strengthened market position and brand visibility, and led the institution’s first comprehensive, user-centered web strategy. Known for connecting vision to execution, Laura brings a research-driven, collaborative approach that helps institutions adapt, grow, and lead in an evolving digital landscape.
