Prior to joining the firm as Senior Strategist, he served as District Director of Communications for Spokane Colleges, where he led strategic communications, media relations, website strategy, and enrollment-focused initiatives for a multi-campus college system.
Jeff is also an instructor at Gonzaga University, teaching digital media analysis and content marketing, and is well known within the higher education marketing profession through his leadership with NCMPR. His expertise spans website strategy, content development, brand communications, public relations, and the application of emerging technologies and AI to enhance institutional marketing and student engagement.
