Taylor University needed clear, research-based insights into the enrollment potential of several academic programs to ensure new offerings could meaningfully contribute to enrollment goals.

Research That Informs Action 

The Taylor leadership team had a goal to make program decisions guided by data and not assumptions.

To help achieve this goal, Stamats evaluated enrollment potential for three new programs and assessed whether adding an online, global MA in Leadership option alongside the existing program could attract more students. 

Stamats conducted a comprehensive market analysis, including:

  • Secondary research to forecast cohort size, demand trends, and career outcomes 
  • Competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities among peer institutions 
  • Program design insights on delivery format, structure, and differentiation strategies 

While we cannot share the results, Stamats researchers provided the data needed to make the decision with confidence.
