Whether developing brand creative, leading a voice mapping exercise, or presenting on content strategy, Joan brings an uncommon verve to everything she does.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in creative writing from Oberlin College, a master’s degree in English from the University of Iowa, and a certificate in content marketing from The Content Marketing Institute.
An entrepreneur at heart, Joan ran her own communications firm for 16 years. In her downtime, she pursues her own creative work as a novelist and poet.
Sandra Fancher, Chief Innovation Officer
With more than 25 years’ experience in digital strategy and account management, Sandra provides strategic counsel on analytics, innovation and digital planning, and ROI measurement.
A seasoned member of the C-suite, Sandra has lent her talents to three of the top 10 largest healthcare systems in the US, advising on IT, operations, and digital strategy. In her spare time, she enjoys attending sporting events, volunteering, and defending a unique Guinness World Records title (In 2010, she was part of the largest of gathering of people performing Dutch-style clog dancing).
