Christopher W. Tremblay, Ed.D.
Tremblay has been in the field of college admissions and enrollment management for 23 years and has worked at four different types of colleges/universities: large top 100 public national university, mid-size regional commuter metropolitan university, small private Catholic university and a small public liberal arts college.
He has successfully provided consulting services for Stamats clients that has included a recruitment audit, enrollment-focused customer service training, and the launch of a parent-to-parent yield initiative.
Tremblay earned his bachelor’s degree in public relations from Western Michigan University, a master’s degree in organizational communication also from Western Michigan University, a post-master’s certificate in enrollment management from Capella University, and a doctor of education in educational leadership from the University of Michigan.
He has published nearly 15 articles in four academic journals, written a book chapter and several case studies, and has presented at more than 50 conferences nationally and internationally. He is very active in multiple capacities in the American Association for Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO).
Tremblay’s creativity prompted him to launch a successful kickstarter campaign for an invention called “Getting In” – a card game that mimics the college admissions application process.
