Summit
We begin with a brand summit, an enlightened discussion about any research that has been conducted (either by Stamats or by your institution). It is during this workshop that we work with you to clarify and define a collection of potential brand promise statements for your institution. All potential promises reflect your brand attributes, mission, heritage, and vision.
Promise Testing
To determine which promise best represents your institution, we recommend testing the potential brand promises among your internal and external audiences, allowing them to rate which promise is most important, believable, and distinctive.
Promise Refinement
Stamats will work with your team to refine the selected brand promise and develop a series of companion brand attributes.
Abstract
With the brand attributes and promise in hand, we build the brand abstract for your institution, which contains the fundamental elements of your brand, including your promise statement, key attributes, and recommended messaging strategies.
Communication Plan
The brand communication plan includes plans for your launch, media mix, internal and external roll-out, budget, and timeline. Most important is the fact that we write the plan with you. It is broadly owned because many individuals play key roles in creating it.
Once we complete the strategy and planning portion of the project, we move into the Creative phase.
