One-Day Integrated Marketing Communication Plan Writing Workshop

The workshop will address the three primary components of integrated marketing—brand marketing, direct marketing, and internal communication—and is designed for mid-to senior-level marketers and marketing teams comprised of admissions, advancement, and faculty representatives.
The day:
We will begin the day with a quick overview of integrated marketing communication and then outline the basic IMC planning steps, including:
Prior to the workshop, we will send you a marketing planning guide that we ask you to complete before you arrive for the workshop.
During the workshop, we will introduce each carefully defined “step” and give you and your team an assignment to be completed before the next step is introduced. This step-by-step approach is designed to heighten your understanding of all aspects of the entire planning process.
At the end of the workshop, you will have a basic written plan.
Free ongoing counsel:
After the workshop, we will hold three and six-month follow-up calls with you to help you fine-tune your plan. We are also available as needed should an issue or question arise. There is no charge for these follow-up calls.

Bob offers more than 25 years of leadership experience in strategic thinking and planning, integrated and brand marketing, market research, and student recruiting.
Each year, Bob directs more than 100 research studies and helps more than a dozen colleges with their integrated marketing, brand marketing, and strategic plans. He has also written more than 125 articles for CASE Currents, The Journal of College Admissions, Trusteeship, Communication World, Admission Strategist, College and University Journal, and other publications. Beyond his writing, he has conducted more than 500 seminars, workshops, and presentations for the AAU, CASE, NAICU, NACAC, ACT, AACRAO, CIC, CCCU, NACCAP, AMA, NCMPR, College Board, and others. In addition to his U.S. clients, Sevier also works with clients in Canada, the UK, Mexico, Poland, and Trinidad. His writing has been reproduced extensively in ERIC, and he writes a regular column on marketing for University Business magazine.

Pegi had extensive marketing, advertising, and sales experience even before she came to Stamats almost 19 years ago. She got her start at places like Xerox and CMF&Z, a division of Young & Rubicam. Since joining Stamats, Pegi has worked with a long list of diverse schools, including Furman University, Rhodes College, Villanova University, and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
