Q: What is the easiest way to register for one of your seminars?
A: Visit www.stamats.com/events and select the event of your choice. From here you will use the “Register” link to access the registration page.
Q: Can I be invoiced and pay by check, or do I have to pay by credit card?
A: You can pay by check or credit card. On the payment page of the registration form you may select “Pay by Check” at the bottom to be invoiced.
Q: I registered for the seminar but did not receive a confirmation e-mail within 5 minutes. What do I do?
A: Check your junk mail box. (You should immediately add info@stamats.com to your safe senders list so that you will receive these e-mails.) If you do not see the confirmation e-mail in your junk box either, call us at 800-553-8878 and ask for Sabra Fiala, Stamats' Marketing Consultant.
Q: How do I obtain a receipt for purchasing a seminar?
A: Your confirmation e-mail includes the amount charged and the seminar details and date of purchase. This serves as your proof of purchase.
Q: How do I book a hotel room for the conference?
A: Your confirmation e-mail contains all the information you will need to book a room for the conference at the discounted group rate.
Q: Who do I contact if I have questions?
A: Sabra Fiala, Marketing Consultant at Stamats, is available at info@stamats.com. You will also receive e-mails from this e-mail address leading up to the conference that have important information about check-in dates and times and sessions. Please contact Sabra with any questions.
Q: Can I cancel my conference registration and receive a refund if I am unable to attend?
A: Please refer to the cancellation deadline in your confirmation e-mail for information about cancelling your registration. If you need to cancel prior to that date, please contact info@stamats.com.
Webinar FAQs
Q: How do I access the event on Webinar day?
A: The confirmation e-mail you receive after registering contains a link at the bottom of the e-mail which you will click on Webinar day to access the event.
Q: Can I access the event on a computer other than my own?
A: Yes. You can access the Webinar from any computer, using the access link and log in with the e-mail address used to register.

Q: If some of my staff members are not able to watch during the time the Webinar is offered, can they view it later?
A: Yes. By purchasing the Webinar, you have access to it for one full year. You can return to the link used to access the Webinar at any time, as many times as you want, from the date it airs until one year later.
Q: What technical equipment will I need to view the Webinar?
A: You need only your computer, an internet connection, and speakers. No phone line is necessary as the audio will come through your computer’s speakers. Your confirmation e-mail will include details about software you may need in order to view the webinar - normally, RealPlayer or Windows Media Player are the best options.
Q: What time does the Webinar occur?
A: Stamats’ Webinars begin at 1:30 Central time. The length of the Webinars may vary.
Q: Will I receive handouts to the Webinar that I may print out ahead of time?
A: A reminder e-mail will be sent to you the morning of the Webinar. In this e-mail will be a link to the presentation handouts.
